In Chigny, Novalla Construction SA has reached a new milestone: demolition is complete and the site has begun laying the foundations. The aim is to prepare a reliable base for the rest of the structural work while respecting the existing building.
The teams have begun earthworks, formwork/reinforcement and pouring of the first foundations. Close monitoring of levels and tolerances ensures the stability and alignment of future elevations.
The project will continue with the erection of walls/curtain walls, the installation of slabs and the planned structural repairs. We will share the major milestones as the project progresses.
