In the heart of the UNESCO-listed vineyards, Novalla Construction SA will begin structural work on the Terra Panoramica project in early 2026: two residential buildings with a total of six flats. The steeply sloping site requires careful logistics and meticulous execution at every stage.
The programme includes the complete construction of masonry and reinforced concrete structures: sloping earthworks, foundations, load-bearing walls, slabs and technical interfaces. The objective is to ensure stability, quality of workmanship and durability, in keeping with the architecture and landscape.
The project is being carried out with FDH Réalisations Sàrl (project owner), FL Architecture & Associés SA (architects), Smajli ingénieurs (civil engineers) and Axes DT Sàrl (construction management).
The construction work will begin with the installations and earthworks, followed by the foundations → walls/slabs. We will share these stages as the project progresses.
