2017

Birth of Novalla Ltd

In 2017, Novalla Sàrl was founded with the mission of transforming and protecting concrete surfaces through innovative aesthetic and technical solutions. This milestone marked the beginning of an ambitious venture in the field of concrete cosmetics.

2019

Novalla, a Commitment to Education

In 2019, Novalla Sàrl took a significant step forward by becoming a recognised training company. This commitment demonstrates our desire to actively contribute to the professional future of young talent. We offer structured training programmes that not only prepare apprentices for the challenges of the real world but also reinforce our reputation as a responsible player committed to the development of specialist skills. At Novalla, we firmly believe that our future growth is closely linked to the education and continuous development of our teams.

2020

Change in legal status

In order to respond to its rapid growth and new challenges, Novalla Sàrl officially became Novalla SA in 2020. This change symbolises a more robust structure, ready to support larger-scale projects.

2022

ISO certification, a guarantee of excellence

Novalla SA has reached a major milestone by obtaining ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system) certifications under the SQS label. This recognition demonstrates the company's commitment to quality management and environmentally responsible practices, reinforcing its position as a leader in its sector.

2023

Establishment of Novalla Immobilier SA

To complement its offering, Novalla is diversifying by launching Novalla Immobilier SA, which specialises in the development and management of real estate projects. This new entity enables us to provide comprehensive, tailor-made solutions to our clients.

2024

Creation of the Novalla Group

In 2024, Novalla reached an important milestone with the creation of the Novalla Group, bringing together Novalla SA and Novalla Immobilier SA. This marked a new phase in offering comprehensive and innovative solutions to our clients.

2025

New premises, new ambitions

In 2025, Novalla took another step forward with the acquisition of a modern head office and new warehouses in Bussigny. This investment reflects our long-term vision and our commitment to continuously improving our customer service.

Launch of Novalla Construction SA

Novalla continues its expansion with the creation of Novalla Construction SA, dedicated to masonry, construction and civil engineering works. This new branch strengthens our expertise and our ability to meet the diverse needs of the market.
