Targeted demolition and levelling for future housing

In Lausanne (VD), Novalla Construction SA carried out demolition, conversion and minor masonry work to bring the building up to standard with a view to creating several residential units. The work was planned in precise phases to preserve the existing structure and prepare for the next stages of the project.

Our mission

To ensure the progress of the project and prepare for future developments, our teams have carried out the following :

• Demolition of walls and structural elements: selective removal, controlled disposal, maintenance of supports and protection of adjacent areas.
• Pipework under existing foundation slab: trench excavation, pipe laying, backfilling and compaction in accordance with specifications, leak testing.
• Miscellaneous masonry work: local repairs, filling, raising/lintels, small fittings to restore the continuity of the structures.

A structured and secure upgrade

The objective was to prepare a reliable foundation for the rest of the housing work: rigorous phasing, protective measures, and close coordination with the project manager resulted in a clean, compliant outcome that was delivered on time.
