In 2024, Novalla SA worked in Lausanne on the Les Sauvablines project, led by Pensimo Management AG. This property development programme showcases contemporary architectural lines, with particular attention paid to the finish of the exposed concrete.
Our role in this finishing work project consisted of working on the visible concrete surfaces, with two key objectives :
Thanks to our intervention, the exposed concrete at Les Sauvablines has a high-quality aesthetic finish, in line with the architectural standards set by the client. Novalla SA has thus contributed to delivering a residential complex that is elegant, harmonious and sustainable.
