Built between the 1930s and 1950s, Belvédère College, located in the south-west of Lausanne, has been expanded and will now house eleven existing specialised classrooms and seven additional classrooms, a health centre, a dining hall and a gymnasium.
The main stairwell is a large open space that is visible from inside the building and has become an integral part of the living space.
Complete protection of the interior and exterior structure and occasional touch-ups using our Novalla-cosmétique expertise have been applied to preserve the concrete surfaces. Exposure to the elements will not damage the exposed concrete surfaces, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty of real concrete for years to come.
