Harmonised and protected concrete for a durable finish

At the La Pommière site in Chêne-Bougeries (Geneva), Novalla SA carried out cosmetic work on the concrete and applied I50 protection (water-repellent treatment). The aim was to standardise the appearance of the cladding and provide long-lasting protection for the exposed surfaces.

Our mission

Afin de livrer des surfaces nettes et prêtes à l’usage, nos équipes ont réalisé :

• Concrete cosmetics : correction of gravel pockets, repair of corners, filling of spacer holes, minor repairs to formwork lines, minor re-profiling.
• Visual standardisation : occasional colour adjustments for a uniform appearance of the cladding.
• Preparation of substrates : cleaning, dust removal and adhesion/absorption testing.
• I50 protection (water-repellent): controlled application of impregnation to reduce water penetration, facilitate maintenance and preserve appearance over time.

A uniform and durable finish

The combination of fine corrections and hydrophobic protection ensures uniform cladding that is less susceptible to dirt and weathering. The solution implemented guarantees simplified maintenance and the durability of the structure, in line with the original architectural intention.
