Colour adjustment and protection of exposed concrete

In Nyon (VD), Novalla SA intervened to restore the appearance of exposed concrete: preparation of substrates, aesthetic corrections, colour adjustments and final protection for long-lasting durability.

Interventions carried out

• Preparation of substrates : controlled washing, dust removal and absorption tests to determine the correct application protocol.
• Cosmetic repairs to concrete : localised filling (gravel pockets, spacer holes), edge repair, smoothing of formwork marks and minor re-profiling.
• Colour adjustment : samples then colour calibration to bring together heterogeneous areas without masking the material.
• Concrete protection : colourless impregnation that limits water penetration and simplifies maintenance, while preserving the mineral finish.

Result

More uniform and legible surfaces, with reduced contrast and restored visual consistency. The protection applied improves durability and facilitates daily maintenance.
