Residential building for 93 students and meeting and study rooms for students at the University of Geneva.
Novalla SA focused particularly on the façade, a striking feature of the prefabricated/sandblasted concrete building designed by Prelco. Our task was to thoroughly clean the elements in order to remove dirt and rust. Finally, Novalla-I50 water repellent was applied to protect and preserve the surface over time and thus maintain its appearance.
