Preserving, enhancing, protecting: work on an iconic building

In 2024, Novalla SA was commissioned by the municipality of Aigle to work on the Town Hall, a symbolic building located in the heart of the historic centre. This project is part of a desire to preserve the built heritage while enhancing it, in keeping with its architectural identity.

As part of this finishing work project, our teams drew on their expertise to meet high standards in terms of aesthetics, protection and durability :

• Concrete cosmetics : fine corrections of surface defects, treatment of gravel pockets, harmonisation of visible facings.
• Concrete pigmentation : colour matching to ensure harmonious integration into the heritage environment.
• Concrete protection : application of sustainable solutions to enhance the material's resistance to climatic and urban aggressions.
• Anti-graffiti treatment : application of a preventive, invisible protective coating that makes cleaning easier in the event of marking.
