With twelve classrooms and various other facilities, it was designed according to the concept of “neighbourhood centrality”. In addition to the school itself, it includes a brand new gymnasium, a new 84-place after-school care centre and the Petit-Vennes Early Childhood Centre (CVE).
A school complex that perfectly combines wood and concrete. The base is made of concrete polished by us, and the facades of the upper floors are clad in wood.
We carried out two types of polishing on the precast concrete facades. On the school section, we performed dry polishing for a matte, soft-touch finish. As for the APEMS, wet polishing was performed for a satin finish and a smooth feel.
Our Terrazzo-style polishing was done by hand, using traditional methods and various diamond discs. Our keen eye and experience also helped us achieve an optimal final result.
