Artémis

The finishing touch for a large-scale residential complex

In 2023, Novalla SA was involved in the Artémis project in Bussigny (Vaud), an ambitious property development led by Malley Provence SA and UBS Direct Residential. Located in the heart of the booming Bussigny Ouest district, this architectural complex consists of several buildings integrated into their urban and landscaped environment.

Our intervention

Commissioned for its finishing skills, Novalla SA was responsible for the cosmetic treatment of the concrete and the pigmentation on various visible elements of the project. The aim was to enhance the raw surfaces, harmonise the colours and highlight the architectural lines, while ensuring a durable and meticulous finish.

Our work focused in particular on :

• Reprofiling and correction of imperfections in exposed concrete,
• The treatment of gravel pockets and other surface defects,
• Colour matching to ensure visual uniformity of elements,
• The application of customised pigments, according to the aesthetic choices of the project.

A subtle but essential contribution

Novalla SA's involvement helped to reinforce the architectural identity of the Artémis project while meeting the client's high standards. By enhancing the exposed concrete, we helped to provide future residents with a living environment that is modern, attractive and sustainable.
