Novalla SA is involved in the CRM project, preparing substrates and protecting exposed concrete in a large complex of collective housing. The objective is to ensure the long-term durability of surfaces and consistent visual quality throughout the programme.
A protocol dedicated to surface sustainability
Our teams implement a structured approach, from preparation to final protection :
Preparation of substrates: controlled washing, dust removal, light stripping if necessary, and absorption tests to determine the correct protocol.
Uniformity treatments: local repairs and visual adjustment of heterogeneous areas for a consistent appearance of the facings.
Protection: water-repellent impregnations adapted to exposure (interior/exterior) to limit water penetration and facilitate maintenance over time.
A large-scale residential complex
The project is part of a long-term schedule, with careful coordination between trades to preserve the aesthetic consistency of the concrete throughout the various phases. The protective measures applied contribute to the durability of the structure and the stability of the appearance of the façades and visible elements.
